Every girls heartiest desire is to get a glowing radiant skin. Some are naturally been with glowing skin and others are naturally prone to have skin problems. whatever our natural skin type be. There is lot of things that we can do to taken care of skin and make it more radiant and brighter. Just follow these simple tips to get the skin you always desired

1.Do regular exercise: doing regular workout not only improve your health on whole but specifically it id very beneficial for our skin. As we work out our blood circulation increases which brings glow to our face. if you do not have time for going to gym then you can opt for a regular 30 minutes brisk walk. A simple brisk walk goes a long way in benefitting skin. Be sure to put on toner before stepping out to minimize the oil production. After the walk or work out do not forget to wash your face with a mild cleanser and apply moisturizer.

2. Hydrate yourself: Drink plent 8 glasses is recommended by doctors. Eat fruits and vegetables having a high water content such as watermelon, cucumber, orange, strawberry and grapefruit .Your skin will naturally glow if it is hydrated and will remain blemish free.

3.Protect your skin from sun.: Apply sunscreen with SPF of at least 20 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. you need to protect your skin from the sun because even a little sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems.even if it is a cloudy day you need to put your sunscreen on.specially while going to beach or in snow you need to make  sure that you have a sunscreen on with SPF 30.

4.Keep a note of what you eat daily. Eat fresh fruits and greens, sufficient proteins and vitamins. A diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and sugar healps in radiant skin. Nuts like almonds and walnuts are specially beneficial for skin.
